What DDLG is for

A single desktop surface for the work that used to jump between files, ERP, mail, and meetings.

01

Data transformers

Run packaged transformers and workflows against local files and retail data, then share the result with other DDLG users.

02

Gmail

Read and search your mail, open a message, download an attachment you choose, and send mail — including meeting summaries.

03

Calendar

Sync the calendars you select, keep meetings on the device, and create an event when you add one from the app.

04

Meeting follow-up

WhisperFlow records and summarizes meetings on the desktop, then can send the summary through the Gmail account you connected.

Google account

Connect only what the desktop app uses.

Signing in is optional. DDLG opens Google’s consent screen, receives a code at its redirect address, and stores the access and refresh tokens locally. This website does not receive your mailbox.

  • Read Gmail List, open, and search messages, and download an attachment you select.
  • Send Gmail Send mail you compose, including meeting-summary emails.
  • Calendar events Read events for sync and create an event when you add one.
  • Name, email, and photo Show which Google account is connected inside the app.

1

You choose Connect

DDLG asks Google for mail, send, calendar, and profile access. Nothing is read before you approve.

2

Google returns to the app

The consent redirect is handled by DDLG. You can close the browser tab if it stays open.

3

You can revoke it

Disconnect or revoke in DDLG deletes the local token. You can also remove DDLG from your Google Account permissions.
