Terms of service
The service
DDLG is desktop software for V-Mart data work: transformers, files, workflows, Gmail, Google Calendar, and meeting follow-up. These pages at ddlg.vmart-tools.com describe the product. They are not the app itself, and they do not create a Google session.
Who may use it
The desktop app is issued for people authorized by V-Mart. Connecting a Google account is optional and is done by the signed-in user on that computer. You may connect only a Google account you are allowed to use for this work.
Your Google account
When you connect Google, you authorize the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen. Those permissions are described in the privacy policy. You may disconnect or revoke access inside DDLG at any time, and you may remove DDLG from your Google Account permissions.
You are responsible for the mail you send and the calendar events you create through the app, including meeting summaries and any attachment link the app adds when a file is too large to attach directly.
Acceptable use
- Use DDLG for the retail and internal work it is provided for.
- Do not use the Google connection to read, send, or export another person’s data without a proper right to do so.
- Do not attempt to break, resell, or misrepresent the app or this website.
The software
V-Mart retains the rights in the DDLG application. These terms give you permission to use the copy provided to you. They do not transfer ownership of the software.
Availability
The desktop app and this website are provided as available. Features can change as the product moves forward. Google may also change or revoke API access under Google’s own terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, V-Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from a Google connection you choose to make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
